Rick Schultz

Title

GM/COO

Rick Schultz – Rick was hired as the club’s GM/COO in November of 2023 and is a Certified Club Manager with the CMAA and a Class A Professional with the PGA of America. Rick has been in the private club industry for over 30 years with tenure at seven country clubs in California and Colorado. His past experience as a touring Canadian PGA Tour professional, and Head Golf Professional, are also true asset to his ability to lead golf centric private clubs.

Craig Hilty

Title

Golf Course Superintendent

Golf Course Superintendent of the Year in 2022. Craig Hilty installed a state-of-the-art irrigation system, built an 8-million-gallon pond adjacent to the No. 3 hole on the Oaks Course, built a new driving range, made dramatic upgrades to the maintenance yard and cleared trees, some of them massive, for the betterment of the course. Other highlights since Hilty took charge included renovation of the maintenance facility and, in 2020, a new fleet of equipment. The club now leases about 80 percent of its equipment, allowing it to stay up to date with technology. “You’ve got the best cut happening out on the golf course,” he said. “That made a huge impact to us.”

Tracy Snyder

Tracy Snyder is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Marketing Degree emphasizing Professional Golf Management. In July of 2000 he started with Rogue Valley Country Club as an assistant golf professional obtaining his PGA Class A status in 2008. Tracy spent 12 years learning the role of a golf professional before moving into the Head Professional role at RVCC. Tracy focuses on staying involved with the PGA of America. He sits on the Education and Tournament committees with the Oregon Chapter of the PGA. Over the years his strength at RVCC has been servicing the members and their guests. In 2015 he garnered some recognition as the Oregon Golf Association elected him as Golf Professional of the year. When he is not at RVCC, Tracy is spending time with his wife Megan and raising their three boys Tate, Jack and Cam.

Andi Robinson

Membership Director

Andi started as the administrative manager at the front desk before moving to membership director. Prior to arriving in the Rogue Valley, she spent 13 years in the hospitality industry. She took pride that her team in Washington, Virginia, was awarded three Michelin stars and five Forbes Stars in both 2022 and 2023. Upon moving from Washington, D.C., she enjoys visiting the Oregon Coast with her husband and their two daughters.

Matt Looper

Matt grew up moving frequently before settling in the Rogue Valley at age 10. A South Medford High School graduate (Class of 2005), he began working at the Rogue Valley Country Club as a busser the same year. Over time, he advanced to server and bartender, discovering his passion for hospitality. In 2015, Matt left the Country Club to expand his knowledge in the restaurant industry, spending five years sharpening his skills and gaining diverse experience. He returned in 2020 as a bartender, reconnecting with members and refining his craft. Today, as Dining Room Manager, Matt is committed to providing exceptional service and enhancing the member dining experience.

Riley Loftin

Riley has been a CPA and CFO for the past 42 years and became RVCC's controller in April 2024. Riley and his wife, LeAnn, joined the country club as golf members when they moved to Medford in 2002. He is responsible for all financial and tax matters associated with the club. He has traveled through 43 countries and 45 states, but now prefers a good game of golf with friends at RVCC.

Christie Royster

Title

Banquet Sales Manager

Christie Royster joined the club in 2023 as a part-time receptionist, quickly becoming an integral part of the team. In May 2024, she transitioned to the role of Back-up Banquet Sales Director, where she successfully managed the department through a busy summer season. After the summer, Christie took on the position of Member Relations Director, where she focused on creating lasting memories for our members while supporting the staff in any way needed. In April 2025, Christie returned to the Banquet Sales Director role, where she now expertly coordinates events and continues to serve both our members and the community with all their event planning needs. Outside of work, Christie enjoys exploring the Oregon forests with her family. They are always seeking new adventures and embracing the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Taylor Sexton

Taylor Sexton is one of our longest standing employees. He began his career with us as a server in the banquet department in the summer of 2002, and became the banquet event manager in the fall of 2015. Taylor is responsible for some coordination and planning of events in conjunction with Emily, but he is primarily responsible for organizing and executing all banquets, as well as many of the club events we hold each year.

Dustin Loomis

Dustin's journey into the world of tennis commenced at the age of six, right here at RVCC's tennis facility, formerly known as the Southern Oregon Tennis Club (SOTC). It was within these courts that his passion for the sport ignited, shaping his trajectory for years to come. Since 2004, Dustin has been a familiar face at the club, though he temporarily ventured away to pursue his degree at the University of Oregon. Despite his academic pursuits, his connection to the club remained steadfast, often returning during breaks to maintain his involvement. While tennis holds a special place in his heart, Dustin also finds joy in the growing sport of pickleball, as well as hitting the slopes for some snowboarding or delving into the world of video games. Enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue to contribute to the growth of tennis and pickleball at RVCC, Dustin eagerly anticipates serving the members with dedication and enthusiasm.

Jeff Kyker

Jeff started at RVCC in 2014 as teh maintenance supervisor. Soem of the highlights of his time here include recent upgrades at the tennis center and ongoing improvements and cosmetic updating at the clubhouse (including the gym), the swimming area and the Sports Center. He enjoys hands-on improvements club-wide, especially during the pool and Terrance opening in the spring.

Ryan Wigley

Title

1st Assistant Golf Professional

Golf was a part of Wigley’s life from the time his father took him, at age 9, to play Kings Valley Golf Course in Crescent City, California. Baseball was Wigley’s greatest passion while growing up in the orchards of Central California, but he kept his golf game sharp through his teen years, maintaining a top-four standing in the region. In college, he played baseball, then coached the sport for 10 years at the collegiate level, with stops in California, Colorado and Utah. In 2015, he reconnected with his family and moved to Oregon. When he wasn’t fishing, another passion, he worked part time at RVCC cleaning carts and picking range balls for tips and free golf. He eventually climbed the ranks to Snyder’s assistant.

Kyle McPherson

Kyle grew up playing competitive golf across Washington. Aside from playing competitively, Kyle’s passion lies within teaching and growing the game of golf. His teaching philosophy is based on pairing natural athletic movements to golf fundamentals to help people own their swing. When not golfing, Kyle enjoys spending time traveling, seeing live sports & music, and eating pizza!

Laura Kraft

Laura grew up in Jamestown, ND. She was a competitive junior golfer winning three consecutive North Dakota state championships and went on to play college golf for the Missouri Tigers. Laura loves to hit the lesson tee or the gym to help others improve their golf game. She also enjoys running tournaments and events. Outside of golf, she likes spending time outside, doing puzzles, cooking, and relaxing with her cats.

Nationally known tennis coach with a 50-plus year history of developing quality adult and junior tennis players at the sectional, national, and professional level including Medford, Oregon standout and professional player, Jonathan Stark. Traveled on the pro tour for two years as a coach. A USPTA professional since 1984 with a succession of accomplished junior players. Player list includes professional players, college scholarship players, highly ranked sectional players, and high school state champions. Teaches life skills as well as tennis skills and receives the reward of having former students bring their children for lessons.

Jay Rapp has been a member of the Southern Oregon community since relocating from Charlottesville, VA, to Medford in 1989. Drawn to the area to train under the renowned coach Frank Inn, Jay was a prominent Junior tennis player in the Pacific Northwest. His talent earned him a full scholarship to play for the University of Nebraska.

Kevin Carrigan is a life long avid tennis player. He has a rich history of competitive tennis and teaching his students. He loves working with players of all ages. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, Chanel, and son, Chase. As a family they love being outdoors, and of course, playing tennis! Kevin is a USPTA Certified Professional, and is continuing his tennis knowledge and certification through on going USPTA training.
